GUERNSEY BASED CUSTOMERS
If you are based in Guernsey we give you the option of placing your order online, we will then process it ready for you to pick up at your convenience absolutely free. You must place your order before 3pm if you wish to pick it up the same day. Below are our details and where to pick your order up from (make sure you bring a print out of your order or order number when you come and collect):

Please note the following delivery methods will require a signature on receipt of goods:

• Orders to Europe and the Republic of Ireland

On occasions the weather can cause a delay in the delivery of your goods, this can be anything from fog, snow and other adverse weather. On these rare occasions Yakwax will not be held liable for any such delay that is caused by the weather.
If you are not happy with your goods and would like to return them for a refund, different size or something else then No Worries. Please see our Returns Policy page for more details.
DELAYED OR SLOW DELIVERY
On ALL Postage Services except UK Special Delivery and DHL International services, Please allow 10 working days from date of purchase to pass before getting in contact with Yakwax about delayed or slow deliveries.
Yakwax Ltd is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines and email our customer service team on the details.
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. When you contact us please make sure to include your Web Order Number and what you would like to exchange your return for, or if you require a refund.

**Christmas Returns - For orders made from 1st December as Christmas presents we offer an extended Returns period in which you will have until the 14th January to return your orders to us for either exchange or refund**
Clearly mark the returns item with the returns address and ensure the order# is on the outside of all boxes / packaging you wish to send back.

Within the package include any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you incorrectly, if this is the case Yakwax will refund the cost of standard postage to return these items.
We advise that you return your goods to us via recorded or special delivery. Yakwax cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, Yakwax will issue a refund to the payment method used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.
Returns must be received in the condition they were sent out with all packaging and labels attached. Yakwax will not issue any refunds or exchanges on items that are missing labels or sent back to us in a condition different to how they were dispatched.
If the item is soiled or deemed to have been worn in terms of look and smell we cannot offer any kind of refund or exchange. If we receive a return that does not meet this criteria we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange. In this case it will be at the customers expense to receive the item back.
Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear and socks so please make sure you order the correct size. If you are not sure what size you will be please get in touch with us via phone or email and we will be able to assist you.
Any used/worn items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense of £10.00 for a signed delivery service.
