These insoles are a low profile insoles that have a 5mm heel to 3mm toe that are perfect for shoes with a little room for insoles. It might be a low-profile, but it does not mean that the performance will be lessened, in fact, it has a TPU layer under fabric for extreme durability, combined with an extreme shock dampening.
